2018, 2020, 2022
Robert and Hannah Cowan's Autistic sons Mike, Wyatt and Oliver were born.
With the births of their three sons in 2018, 2020, and 2022, Robert and Hannah Cowan began a deeply personal journey into the world of autism and neurodivergence. Like so many parents, they were determined to do everything possible to support their children’s development, health, and future — but quickly discovered how limited, confusing, and expensive the available resources could be. What began as a mission to help their own children evolved into something much larger: a commitment to ensure that every family has access to real, effective care, no matter their income or ZIP code. The Autism Resource Foundation was born out of that love — a place built by parents, for parents, to bring hope, healing, and answers to those who need it most.

At the Autism Resource Foundation, we’re closing the gap between breakthrough science and the families who need it most. Through our own clinic located in Troy, Michigan, we’re making it possible for children and adults with autism and other neurodivergent conditions to receive mesenchymal stem cell treatments, exosomes, HBOT, and detox therapies — often at a fraction of the typical cost.
